Listerine Smart Rinse also contains 100ppm of fluoride to help protect teeth from dental decay while still be pleasant in flavour.

Directions

After brushing and flossing:

Use twice a day
Rinse and gargle 10ml undiluted for 60 seconds
Spit out the liquid. DO NOT SWALLOW.
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
We recommend supervision of children while using this product*

*Not recommended for children under 6 years of age
