If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to let us know why. If there is a suspected product fault that needs to be assessed by the product manufacturer we will inform you of authorization and return instructions.If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement or repair free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you receive the wrong item please contact us here immediately. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is you have changed your mind. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Unless ToothShop has not sent you the product you have selected in your order details, products must be shipped back to Toothshop.co.nz at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
