How to browse our web site products

On the left hand side of our site there is a the list of options for our product selection.  Look down the list until you find the category you would like to browse.  If you were looking for a mouthwash to use that would be under the Mouthwashes and Rinses category.  Click that tab and you would be taken to the MouthWash & Rinses page containing all the available MouthWashes and Rinses and you can then click on a particular product to find out more information about it.

How to find a particular product on our web site

At the top of our home page on the left hand side is a search bar.  Just type in the product name, product brand or appropriate keyword.  Typing in specific details will bring up a specific product or a more general search, e.g. macleans toothpaste, will bring up that specific range of products.  If you are already browsing withing a category page, there is also a search bar above the product list/images.  You can also use this bar to list the products in order of their title, price or by the most recent products added and you are also able to search in the specific category you are in or the whole of Toothshop.

How to order from our web site

Once you have found your desired product on our web site here are some helpful steps to follow:

1. Select the product and add it to your cart, (the "add to your cart" button is at the bottom of the page).
2. This will bring up what is in your cart, if you have finished shopping select the "proceed to checkout" button.
3. If you have ordered with us before enter your email address and password to continue.  If you have never ordered from us before, there will be some questions to answer to create your new account with us.
4. This will now bring you to a page where you will need to enter the details for your delivery address, and a separate billing address if you would like your invoice/receipt to go to another address.  To help ensure you are allocated the correct freight fee, please select the appropraite delivery area.  There is also a comments box here for any specific requests related to your order.   We will contact you by email once orders have been despatched or are ready for pick up.
5. Then just enter your credit card details if paying by credit card, or if paying by direct credit (NZ) you will be emailed an order confirmation, please then make payment to 02-0256-0181781-000 including your order reference number.  Credit card transactions will only be processed once the order is packaged and ready for delivery.  Orders paid by direct credit will be delivered when funds have cleared and are received in our account.
