Our Delivery Policy

  • Quick delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible at the most reasonable fee.
  • Delivery Method and Labelling (New Zealand)

Your products will be delivered to your door via tracked Courier for security and efficiency by NZ Couriers or by NZ Post .  Our Company name will appear on your courier parcel as the sender.  Depending on the size and/or location of your order you will be assigned delivery by either New Zealand Couriers or NZ Post.  Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached destination.  A signature on delivery will not be required unless you request this.  We are also able to deliver to Post Office Boxes or Rural delivery if required and this will be delivered via NZ Post (not tracked).

  • Delivery Method and Labelling (International)

For accurate delivery rates and security reasons all international orders will require a request for a custom freight fee apart from small to medium orders to Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland.  Our standard International delivery is via New Zealand Post International Air which provides a parcel service to over 220 countries.  Our Company name will appear on your courier parcel as the sender.  Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached destination.  Your order will be untracked with no signature on delivery.  Please be aware that you are responsible for ensuring your order complies with local customs regulations (in particular any liquids or medicated products) and not all orders may not be processed at the discretion of ToothShop.   We are also able to deliver to Post Office Boxes if required.

  • Dispatch Notification

We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.  If there is any variance in the delivery method or fee payable due to the size or value of the order, you will be notified of this before the order is dispatched.  If there is any likely delay in obtaining non-stock items you will also be notified prior to dispatch.

  • Delivery Times

NZ orders to most locations usually deliver within 1-4 working days if your item is in stock.  We aim to deliver overseas within 1-2 weeks if your item is in stock.    

  • Pick Up Orders

Orders are available for pick up from Fraser Smith Lowe Dentists Ltd., 267 Pakuranga Road, Pakuranga, Auckland.  You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up is Mon-Fri only 8am -5pm and Tues we are open until 8pm. 

  • Damaged or Missing Orders

      We have very few problems with our delivery partners and they generally provide a prompt, safe and secure delivery service. In the event that any of your products arrive damaged or there is a delay in receiving your order please inform us immediately.  If your order has been sent in NZ via NZ Couriers or NZ Post, please note their claim policy: Notification to New Zealand Couriers or NZ Post is required within 14 days for a lost item and 7 days for a damaged item. Claims lodged outside these times will result in your claim being declined. If you have not received your overseas order within 3 weeks, please inform us.

  • *Orders will only be accepted online or instore no phone orders.
